Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities:

Audit IBT trucking movements and transfer validated charges from operational systems to the Global TMS Collaborate with Dispatch and Accounting teams to support customer communications, including scheduling door appointments and providing email updates Assist in preparing and delivering reports required by management and customers

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word Experience in trucking, transportation, or logistics environments Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS)

Qualifications:

3+ years of intermodal/trucking or transportation experience preferred
