Job Description

White County RehabNursing is hiring a full-time Medical RecordsTransportation Coordinator in Carmi, IL. This position supports both resident medical records and transportation services within our skilled nursing facility. We are seeking a dependable, organized individual who can maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy in a healthcare setting. Pay $16.00 - $18.00/hr (non-CNA) $19.50 - $23.22/hr (CNA pay scale) CNA certification preferred, but candidates willing to become CNA certified are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Maintain and organize resident medical records Scan, file, and review documentation for accuracy and compliance Schedule resident appointments and transportation Transport residents safely to medical appointments and related visits Maintain transportation logs and schedules Coordinate vehicle maintenance and safety checks Follow HIPAA and confidentiality guidelines Communicate effectively with staff, providers, and outside facilities Qualifications Minimum 1 year of healthcare-related experience required High school diploma or equivalent Strong organizational and computer skills Knowledge of medical terminology preferred Dependable with strong professional communication Skilled nursing experience is a plus Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off Apply Today Join our team and help support quality resident care in a professional healthcare environment.
