Full Time. Full Benefits. UP to 125k, based on experience. Plus Bonus
MUST HAVE WASTE
INDUSTRY or
HEAVY ROUTE EXPERIENCE
You will have the primary responsibility for support, accounting and operational procedures at a massive location. This position is accountable for delivering oversight, coordination, supervision, planning, administrative management, training, and logistical support the facility.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Directs the daily activities of transportation, hauling, and support functions, ensuring high-quality customer service and the safe transport of refuse without causing air, land, or water contamination. Develops, oversees, and tracks operational metrics while identifying opportunities to enhance processes, procedures, and overall operational and customer service performance. Responsible for all client support matters Responsible for mentoring and developing staff Responsible for assisting with developing and implementing related annual goals and initiatives. Responsible for identifying and implementing process and control improvements.
