Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to oversee maintenance and operations for a large, multi-site Ready Mix fleet. This role is responsible for managing multiple shops and ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable performance of all company equipment.

Fleet Includes:

100+ Ready Mix Trucks 10 Cement Tankers 7 Dump Trucks All mobile equipment across 10+ Ready Mix plants Miscellaneous equipment and company pickup trucks Responsibilities Lead and manage maintenance operations across multiple shop locations. Develop and oversee preventive maintenance programs for all fleet assets. Ensure compliance with all safety, DOT, and environmental regulations. Manage shop personnel, scheduling, training, and performance. Monitor equipment performance, downtime, and repair costs. Implement and maintain a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). Coordinate with plant managers and operations teams to support production needs. Oversee parts inventory, vendor relationships, and service contracts. Prepare and manage fleet budgets and maintenance reports.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of fleet management experience . Proven experience implementing and managing computerized maintenance systems. Strong knowledge of heavy trucks, mobile equipment, and DOT regulations. Ability to manage multiple locations and teams. Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills. •Pay will be based on experience and industry knowledge •
