Account Manager (Transportation / Driver Manager)

Salary:
$70,000 per year Account Manager Responsibilities Monday- Friday Full Time
- Logistics & Fleet Operations Assign routes and communicate daily assignments to drivers Ensure drivers and equipment remain compliant with DOT, OSHA, and company regulations Communicate network issues, route changes, and delivery updates Manage driver call-offs and vacation coverage Interview and help onboard new drivers Coordinate truck repair and maintenance needs Verify driver schedules and ensure route coverage Maintain strong relationships with customers and drivers Benefits•Employee & Family Anthem Blue Cross / Blue Shield medical coverage Dental and Vision insurance 401k with company match Paid vacation and Holidays Company paid life insurance Short•and long-term disability Why Work for Aim Transportation Solutions?
