Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated After School Program Director to lead our dynamic after-school activities. We are seeking a reliable, organized, and energetic After School Program Director to lead our growing program. This role combines leadership, child supervision, and transportation responsibilities, including safely driving a bus/van to pick up students from local schools. The ideal candidate is great with kids, confident managing a team, and comfortable handling both logistics and day-to-day program operations. Program Leadership & Management Oversee daily operations of the after school program Create and manage schedules, activities, and staff assignments Ensure a safe, structured, and engaging environment for children Communicate with parents regarding schedules, behavior, and program updates Handle student check-in/check-out procedures Staff Supervision Train, support, and supervise after school staff Maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment Address any staff or student issues professionally and promptly Transportation Duties Safely drive a company bus/van to pick up students from local schools Follow all traffic laws and safety procedures Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the vehicle Administrative Tasks Assist with enrollment, attendance tracking, and program planning Ensure compliance with all safety and licensing requirements Help grow and improve the program through ideas and feedback Qualifications Experience working with children (required; leadership experience preferred) Previous management or supervisory experience strongly preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required) Ability to pass a background check Must be comfortable driving a bus or willing to be trained Strong communication and organizational skills High energy, dependable, and positive attitude Why Join Us? Pay:

$16.00 - $25.00 per hour
