Route Manager

Mahaska is looking for an energetic and motivated Route Manager to lead and support our beverage sales team! This full-time, salaried position is perfect for someone with strong CDL driving skills, leadership abilities, and management experience who's ready to make an impact.

What You'll Do:

Supervise and motivate route drivers and merchandiser to ensure efficient daily operations. Manage staff to ensure sales accuracy, delivery timeliness, and exceptional customer service. Oversee safety protocols, inventory control, and company procedures. Foster a positive team environment while developing and scheduling staff.

What We're Looking For:

CDL Class A required. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and sales skills to drive team performance and achieve company goals. Prior management or supervisory experience preferred.
