Executive Leadership / Owner Position Summary The Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations within an assigned region. This role ensures safe, compliant, efficient, and customer-focused transportation services while driving growth, employee engagement, and financial performance. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, transportation or healthcare operations experience, and a commitment to safety, compliance, and compassionate service. Key Responsibilities Operational Oversight Supervise and support local branch managers and dispatch teams Ensure on-time performance and trip completion standards are met Monitor fleet maintenance, safety compliance, and vehicle readiness Improve operational efficiency and reduce service disruptions Drive daily using company vehicle to support operations, and complete a manifest of your own. Compliance & Safety Ensure adherence to DOT, state, and federal regulations Oversee driver qualification files, certifications, and training requirements Conduct safety audits and implement corrective action plans Promote a strong culture of safety and accountability Financial Management Manage regional budgets and control operational costs Monitor payroll, fuel usage, maintenance expenses, and revenue performance Analyze KPIs and implement strategies to improve profitability Team Leadership Recruit, hire, and develop a team Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching Address employee relations issues professionally and promptly Foster a positive, service-driven workplace culture Client & Community Relations Address service concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction Identify growth opportunities within the region Qualifications 3-5+ years of management experience (transportation, logistics, healthcare, or related field preferred) Experience in passenger transportation strongly preferred Knowledge of passenger transportation regulations and compliance standards Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Financial and operational management experience Proficiency in dispatch software and Microsoft Office Valid driver's license (CDL preferred but not required) Skills & Competencies Strategic thinking and problem-solving Conflict resolution and team development Budget management Data-driven decision-making High ethical standards and professionalism Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary (based on experience) Performance-based bonuses Company vehicle or mileage reimbursement (if applicable)
