Full-Time About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Contact (BC) to oversee daily operations for multiple FedEx Ground delivery routes. The BC serves as the primary operational leader responsible for driver management, safety compliance, service performance, and communication with the FedEx station. This position is ideal for someone with FedEx Ground ISP experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage a fast-paced logistics operation. Key Responsibilities ⁠ ⁠ Manage and supervise a team of delivery drivers and route operations ⁠ ⁠Ensure all routes dispatch on time and meet FedEx service standards ⁠ ⁠Monitor driver safety, compliance, and performance metrics ⁠ ⁠Coordinate route coverage, scheduling, and contingency planning ⁠ ⁠Work closely with FedEx station management regarding service levels ⁠ ⁠Train and onboard new drivers ⁠ ⁠Handle driver coaching, discipline, and performance improvement ⁠ ⁠Monitor vehicle usage, maintenance issues, and operational efficiency Qualifications ⁠ ⁠ Prior FedEx Ground BC or management experience preferred ⁠ ⁠Strong leadership and team management skills ⁠ ⁠Ability to manage multiple routes and drivers simultaneously ⁠ ⁠Knowledge of FedEx Ground ISP model and safety procedures ⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and problem-solving skills ⁠ ⁠Ability to work early mornings and flexible schedules Compensation & Benefits ⁠ ⁠Competitive salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year (based on experience) ⁠ ⁠ Performance bonuses available ⁠ ⁠Paid time off ⁠ ⁠Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding FedEx Ground contractor operation Work Schedule ⁠ ⁠ Full-time ⁠ ⁠Early morning dispatch and operational oversight required How to Apply Submit your resume through Indeed.
