Dispatcher Driver Manager Wanted 1st shift M-F

We have a position opening up for a 1st Shift Dispatcher Driver Manager .The hours are 7am to 3pm Monday through Friday to help support our growing business operations in Marlborough MA and is an excellent way to get your foot in the door of management with us, this is more than just dispatch and would be an excellent addition to anyone's resume. Having experience with TMW software & logistics management is a huge plus but we will train the right candidate!!!Must be dependable , have strong computer skills , the ability to communicate well in a fast paced environment. Our ideal candidate should have 3 years or more experience in a dedicated trucking environment . Duties and Responsibilities:

You will primarily serve as dispatcher utilizing our trucking software TMW Suite for dispatching You will serve as administrative support for the Account Manager through the performance of office and clerical functions You may coordinate some or all payroll, billing and safety related data entry and paperwork depending upon the needs of the individual operation to which assigned You will assist the Account Manager with customer and employee communication via the phone, email, fax or driver onboard communication systems You will work with the Account Manager and other staff members in order to carry out established policies, processes and objectives

Skills and Specifications Qualifications:

You need a basic understanding of transportation rules and regulations You should be able to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced and dynamic environment You should have proficient computer, office and clerical skills A minimum of 3 years of experience in a dedicated trucking environment is required. Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook experience required - TMW Suite experience is a plus! Our benefits include!!!
