Transit bus Garage Foreman

Oversees maintenance, repair, and overhaul of buses and related equipment in addition to fueling of buses and cleaning of terminals. Person must plan and schedule work within company guidelines. Distributes work to mechanics and oversees successful accomplishment of tasks, train and motivates maintenance staff. Must have a high school diploma technical training preferred, CDL operator's license Preferred but not required. 5 + years of hands-on mechanical supervisory experience in the maintenance of diesel engines. Good written and oral communication skills, good computer skills. Industry experience repairing and maintaining diesel engines and bus equipment is preferred. Requirements /

Qualifications:

• 5+ Years of Diesel Mechanic experience
• Ford Fleet Experience preferred but not required
• Experience with AC and Electrical Repairs
• CDL Class B license Preferred but not required
• Have the ability to lift 50 lbs
• Provide technical assistance to technicians as needed.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with co-workers to increase overall company satisfaction.
