07/01/2026 Lakes Country Service Cooperative (LCSC) is seeking a Program Director of Manufacturing & Transportation Licensure to lead approved Career and Technical Education licensure pathways in manufacturing and transportation. This position provides leadership in candidate support, subject-matter review, partnership development, standards alignment, data monitoring, and continuous improvement related to alternative teacher preparation in high-need career areas. The Program Director will work with licensure candidates, school districts, industry partners, and internal staff to strengthen manufacturing and transportation teacher pipelines across Minnesota and support high-quality program implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead project management for Manufacturing and Transportation licensure programs, including annual work plans, deliverables, timelines, and candidate communications. Develop, maintain, and deliver program modules and learning experiences (virtual/online and in-person) aligned to licensure standards and program requirements. Coordinate outreach and communications with districts, administrators, and candidates to support recruitment, engagement, and program clarity.

Qualifications Required:

Possesses a Minnesota teaching license in Manufacturing Careers and Transportation Careers. Minimum of three years of teaching experience. Valid driver's license.

Preferred:

Experience supporting adult learners through mentoring, coaching, or training. Experience coordinating field-based learning, work-based learning, or competency-based programs.

$95,000.00

00 Occasional travel is required.
