Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Magnum is hiring an LTL Terminal Manager to lead daily transportation and terminal operations while building a culture focused on safety, accountability, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. What You'll Do Lead terminal employees by modeling Magnum's core values, professionalism, and work ethic Foster a culture focused on accountability, teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement Coordinate and oversee daily terminal operations to ensure efficiency and operational success Identify operational challenges and implement solutions that improve customer satisfaction and profitability Support day-to-day operations as needed while maintaining knowledge of all terminal functions Ensure on-time freight movement while reducing costs and improving operational performance Enforce compliance with company policies, DOT regulations, and safety standards Recruit, hire, coach, mentor, and evaluate employees to build a high-performing team Facilitate employee education and training programs to improve performance and engagement Review operational, financial, and expenditure reports to identify improvement opportunities Provide recommendations and operational insights to regional leadership Partner with the sales team to support customer growth and territory initiatives Build and maintain relationships with vendors and operational partners Drive terminal performance aligned with Magnum's operational and revenue goals This is a full-time position with a complete benefits package, including: Health Insurance with HSA/FSA Options Company Paid Life Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off (PTO) and Paid Holidays Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

The role requires extended periods of sitting or standing, as well as continuous communication with operations staff, drivers, and customers. Employees must be able to maintain focus and accuracy in a fast-paced environment, occasionally lift or carry up to 20 pounds, and travel as needed.
