Battlefield, MO Job Details Full-time $18 - $25 an hour 23 hours ago Qualifications Outdoor work Driver's License Performing background checks Irrigation Full Job Description Route Supervisor needed for growing lawn care business! We offer a full range of Lawn and Landscape maintenance services. We need people who can work at a fast pace, and also perform quality work. Must be able to work long hours in the heat or cold, and Saturdays when necessary due to rain-outs. Experience a plus! The Position:
You will travel from property to property in the Springfield Metro area, providing lawn care to clients (Mowing, Pruning, Weeding, Landscaping, Lawn treatments, irrigation service, etc.). Duties will include (but not limited to): Driving Truck with 16-20' trailer. Operating Commercial mowers, string trimmers, blowers, hedge clippers, chain saws, and many other power and hand tools. We also perform snow removal services in the winter. Once trained, applicant must be responsible with ability to work on their own and perform quality work, safely and efficiently.
Seasonal Nature of Work:
Lawn Care is seasonal and has to be worked in around the weather. Applicant must be willing to work around the weather. With year round work available. We work hard from March-October, and hardly work from November-February (still paid).
Preferred Qualifications:
Passion for customers, turf and the outdoors. We look for special people who are motivated, ambitious, high energy, hard working, mentally tough, with a positive attitude, and outgoing personality. Previous experience in the Green Industry a plus. Act like an entrepreneur while being part of a larger company. Are you a high achiever with absolute integrity Applicants will be required to complete a criminal background check, must have a valid drivers license and a good driving record.
