We are looking for a Route Manager who can lead by example, hold high standards, and help ensure routes are executed efficiently and professionally. Position Overview The Route Manager is responsible for overseeing daily route operations, route personnel, merchandising standards, customer service, and overall execution across assigned accounts. This is a hands-on leadership role. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, physically capable, and comfortable managing people in a fast-moving environment with early morning schedules. This position is focused on team leadership and execution rather than high-level corporate management. Responsibilities Oversee assigned delivery routes and route personnel Ensure daily route completion and execution standards are met Monitor attendance, accountability, and employee performance Maintain strong merchandising standards and store relationships Help ensure products remain fresh, stocked, and properly rotated Conduct route audits, inventory checks, and store evaluations when necessary Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and store personnel Assist in resolving route issues, staffing issues, and customer concerns Lead by example through professionalism, urgency, and reliability Performance Expectations Success in this role includes helping maintain: 90% product freshness Positive sales growth 95% in-stock levels across assigned routes Performance may be evaluated through KPI reporting, route audits, inventory checks, and store visits. Qualifications Preferred qualifications include:
