Responsibilities include:

Support the day-to-day tasks of our company drivers to ensure safety and productivity Be a role model for positive attitude and work ethic Ensure compliance with Department of Transportation regulations Advocate for safety initiatives and promote a safety-first workplace Drive preventative maintenance on fleet and keep all vehicles in good working order Maintain freight records, employee records, mileage records, maintenance records, etc. Foster our culture of employee appreciation Requirements include: Excellent communication skills Exceptional relationship building skills Leadership and organizational skills Experience working in transportation, distribution, fleet management, warehousing and/or logistics
