every Friday! New drivers minimum $150 per day after training. Opportunity to earn more through daily performance bonuses Full-time schedule Hands-on training and ride-along support Ongoing coaching from experienced managers Dedicated in-house mechanic for immediate maintenance and repair support Our equipment stays road-ready so you can focus on safe, efficient route execution. Schedule Requirements Must be available Monday through Sunday One weekday off and one weekend day off based on operational volume Flexibility and dependability are essential in our delivery environment. Responsibilities Safely operate a medium-size delivery truck / box truck Follow DOT regulations and company safety standards Perform daily vehicle inspections Deliver products accurately and on time Provide professional customer service Use delivery apps for routing, scanning, communication, and performance tracking Maintain strong communication with dispatch and management We embrace technology and expect all drivers to be comfortable using mobile apps daily to complete routes and communicate with the team. Qualifications Valid Driver's License Clean driving record Clear background check Ability to lift up to 150 lbs with a dolly Reliable transportation to and from work Strong communication skills Positive attitude and team-player mindset Dependable and punctual Consumer delivery experience (final-mile, furniture, appliance, box truck, etc.) is a plus.
