Who You Are:

What You'll Do:
Monitor, track, and communicate the progress of inbound shipments to ensure efficient and timely updates Responsible for global inbound shipments to North America distribution centers Booking exception management in Origin Cargo Management (OCM) providers system(s) Communicate shipment updates with stakeholders i.e. brand operations/production, customer service, sales and the DC Daily follow-up with service providers (ocean, air, dray carriers) regarding shipment status Responsible for driving issue resolution to enable timely receiving of shipments at Distribution Centers Partner with Customs team for any documentation or import issues Prepare and publish reports related to Inbound transportation status and KPI performance Attend weekly inbound meetings and provide insights to stakeholders Identify and implement internal process improvements and new ideas to maximize service Develop best practice for import logistics processes You'll Need to
Have:
1-2 years of relevant work experience within logistics Strong written and verbal communication skills Intermediate Microsoft excel skills Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, "self-starter" environment Highly organized and detail-oriented Excellent time management skills Team-player with excellent relationship-building We'd Love to

Compensation Range:
55,000.00 - 61,000.00 USD
