POSITION SUMMARY
Supports the customer service division and ensures order accuracy and coordinates the delivery of products to the customers of Brady Linen Services, LLC
MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist Management in day-to-day operations regarding order management Responsible for the coordination of delivery drivers to ensure timely delivery of orders Manage Order Fillers and Drivers; issuing disciplines if needed Inform mechanics of issues reported by drivers with trucks to coordinate repairs Provide excellent customer service to our customers Receive deliveries and ensure necessary party has packages Answer phone and respond back to callers in a timely manner Assist with order changes and ensure correct delivery of product Assist with scheduling, pulling, loading, and unloading of product Organizes, plans, and prioritizes work Retrieve/reply to all emails as needed Uses critical thinking skills an enhance the deliveries of product to customers Assess the schedules of the drivers to optimize the route and meet customer and plant needs Uses knowledge skills and abilities to quickly solve problems Be detail oriented and able to meet strict deadlines Coordinates with plant management to resolve customer's issues and needs All other duties assigned to meet company goals

QUALIFICATIONS AND MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
At least 1 year of expellant customer service skills Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently Forklift and pallet Jack certified Flexible schedule including days/nights, weekends, and holidays
COMPUTER / TECHNICAL SKILLS / JOB SPECIFIC SKILLS
Knowledge of order management system (Linen Master) Intermediate Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word, and Excel
WORK HOURS

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Assigned duties are accomplished primarily in an office/production setting. Must be able to maneuver around an office/production setting, work at a desk/workstation and respond to written and oral cues. Must have the manual dexterity to operate a computer and other necessary office/production equipment. Must be able to sit for extended periods of time. May be required to bend, reach, and lift to 25 lbs. SAFETY All employees are responsible for their personal safety and safety of others.
