Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lawn Care Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in lawn care, including fertilization, and weed control. You will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure that our clients' lawns are healthy, and free of weeds and pests. Training will be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Apply fertilizers, herbicides, insecticides, and other lawn care treatments. Perform weed control services, including spot treatment and preventative measures. Conduct lawn inspections to identify issues such as diseases, pests, or nutrient deficiencies. Use and maintain lawn care equipment such as sprayers, spreaders, and aerators. Monitor the health and appearance of lawns, making recommendations for additional services when necessary. Ensure proper safety protocols when handling and applying chemicals. Keep accurate records of services provided and treatments applied. Communicate effectively with clients to explain services, answer questions, and provide lawn care advice. Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding lawn care treatments.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in lawn care, landscaping, or related fields is preferred. Knowledge of lawn care chemicals, fertilizers, and equipment is a plus. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Good communication and customer service skills. Physical stamina to perform lawn care tasks including lifting equipment and walking for extended periods. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Ability to obtain necessary state licensing or certifications for chemical applications (company may provide assistance).
