Transportation Coordinator

Coordinate and manage inbound and outbound transportation schedules Oversees truck flow, including arrivals, departures, and yard coordination Prepare, review, and process Bills of Landing (BOLs) and shipping documentation Maintain accurate transportation records and perform data entry Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, vendors and internal team Monitor shipment timelines to ensure timely delivery and resolve delays as needed Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel) for tracking, reporting and documentation Employers Overload is an Equal opportunity Employer, committed to employing a diverse workforce. #EO00
