Transportation Coordinator

Responsibilities include:

Develop affective shipping schedules and make certain resources are in place Ensure on-time delivery of products to customers Supervise the drivers and be a role model for positive attitude and work ethic Ensure compliance to Department of Transportation regulations Advocate for safety initiatives and promote a safety-first workplace Drive preventative maintenance on fleet and keep all vehicles in good working order Maintain freight records, employee records, mileage records, maintenance records, etc. Foster our culture of employee appreciation Requirements include: Experience Supervising others and managing resources Experience working in transportation, distribution, fleet management, warehousing, dispatching, trucking, and/or logistics Basic computer skills Excellent organization and communication skills

Pay:

$45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
