Director of Distribution Benefits & Compensation Competitive base salary ( $90,000 - $95,000 ) plus performance bonus eligibility Comprehensive health benefits effective on day one PTO and sick days 401(k) / Retirement plan High-visibility leadership role with strong advancement opportunities Director of Distribution Requirements & Qualifications Minimum 7 years of progressive leadership experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics operations Proven success managing multi-shift, high-volume distribution environments Experience leading large hourly teams and developing frontline managers Solid understanding of labor planning, productivity KPIs, and key operational metrics Demonstrated safety leadership and thorough knowledge of OSHA compliance Excellent communication, coaching, and collaboration abilities Director of Distribution Preferred Background & Skills Experience in foodservice distribution, grocery, or temperature-controlled logistics Lean, Six Sigma, or formal continuous improvement training/certification Hands-on experience with WMS/ERP implementation Director of Distribution Day-to-Day Responsibilities Set strategy and operational execution plans for a multi-temperature distribution center Lead and hold accountable a team of Operations Managers and their hourly teams across multiple shifts Oversee every aspect of daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, order selection, shipping, and transportation coordination Monitor, analyze, and drive operational KPIs to ensure productivity and service excellence Uphold a culture centered on safety, accountability, and continuous improvement Guide labor planning, scheduling strategies, and employee relations to build engagement and retain top talent If you are a results-oriented leader eager to make a meaningful impact in distribution operations, this is an exceptional opportunity to advance your career.
