Schedule Tuesday-Friday 1PM-10PM | Saturday 8AM-5PM Position Overview This role is a key operational leader responsible for maximizing fleet productivity, strengthening driver relationships, and executing on core business metrics. The Fleet Manager serves as a critical bridge between drivers, dispatch, and cross-functional teams—ensuring seamless execution, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day fleet operations for assigned drivers and equipment Drive driver engagement through coaching, performance management, and relationship-building Execute dispatch strategy, load planning, and route optimization to maximize utilization Ensure full compliance with DOT, FMCSA, HOS, and ELD requirements Monitor and improve key KPIs, including fuel efficiency, idle time, safety events, and driver productivity Manage driver pay, mileage distribution, and workload balancing Oversee telematics, safety performance, and incident response, including root cause analysis and corrective action Maintain fleet compliance (permits, registrations, licensing) Partner cross-functionally with operations, logistics, and customer service to meet service-level commitments Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications 3+ years of dispatching, fleet management, or transportation experience Strong knowledge of trucking operations and

DOT/FMCSA
