11 - 40 with an approximate salary range of $82,670-$100,570 and is subject to change based on experience, skills and qualifications.Key Accountabilities:
Strategic Leadership & Vision Master Planning:
Develop and execute a data-driven strategic plan for campus mobility, including long-range infrastructure and parking utilization.Sustainability & TDM:
Lead Transportation Demand Management (TDM) initiatives to promote multimodal options and reduce campus congestion.Institutional Alignment:
Represent the university in high-level partnerships with municipal, state, and federal transportation agencies.Operational & Tactical Oversight Comprehensive Operations:
Direct the daily functions of parking administration, enforcement, campus transit, and fleet maintenance.Service Excellence:
Establish performance benchmarks and operating procedures to ensure accountability and high-quality customer service.Emergency Management:
Lead operational decision-making during weather events, emergencies, and major campus activities.Financial & Resource Management Budgetary Stewardship:
Oversee the department's operating and capital budgets, ensuring long-term fiscal viability.Revenue Modeling:
Develop sustainable fee-based parking models and identify opportunities for revenue optimization and operational efficiency.Technology & Data Innovation Digital Transformation:
Oversee the integration of parking management systems, enforcement technologies, and customer-facing mobile tools.Data-Driven Decisions:
Leverage data analytics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor service effectiveness and inform strategic shifts.People & Community Leadership Team Development:
Recruit and lead a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of innovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement.Stakeholder Engagement:
Cultivate relationships with faculty, students, and city officials to ensure transparent communication regarding mobility policies and services.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field
- Five to eight years of related work experience
- Demonstrated success leading diverse staff including administrative, operational, and technical personnel
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across multiple organizational levels and external stakeholders
