Life Enrichment and Transportation Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and facilitate a variety of recreational, social, and educational activities tailored to residents' interests and abilities
  • Provide transportation for residents to appointments, outings, and community events in a safe and timely manner
  • Assist residents with mobility and activity participation, ensuring their comfort and safety
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and transportation schedules
  • Collaborate with staff and family members to develop personalized enrichment plans
  • Ensure vehicle cleanliness, safety checks, and proper documentation for transportation services
  • Foster a positive, engaging, and respectful environment for residents
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in senior care, activity coordination, or related fields preferred
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents' needs
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift and assist residents as needed
