About Providence XP Providence XP is a growing Midwest-based transportation company specializing in truckload, dedicated fleet, owner-operator, and Amazon Relay operations. As we continue expanding throughout the Midwest and Southeast, we are seeking an experienced Transportation Operations Manager to help lead our next phase of growth. Position Summary The Transportation Operations Manager will oversee daily transportation operations, driver performance, dispatch coordination, owner-operator relations, customer service, and fleet utilization. This position works directly with ownership to improve operational efficiency, support fleet growth, build scalable systems, and ensure exceptional service to both customers and drivers. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced dispatcher, fleet manager, operations manager, or transportation professional who enjoys building systems and helping a growing company scale. Responsibilities Manage daily fleet and dispatch operations Oversee Amazon Relay performance and compliance metrics Monitor driver productivity, service levels, and operational performance Support and manage owner-operator relationships Recruit and onboard drivers and owner-operators Coordinate with safety, accounting, maintenance, and operations personnel Review operational KPIs and identify improvement opportunities Resolve service failures, driver issues, and customer concerns Assist with load planning and equipment utilization Support fleet growth initiatives and operational expansion Develop and improve company systems and processes Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company policies Qualifications Required Minimum 3 years of transportation, trucking, dispatch, brokerage, or fleet management experience Experience managing drivers, owner-operators, or fleet operations Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to prioritize and solve problems independently Strong organizational and multitasking abilities High attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and transportation software Ability to thrive in a fast-paced transportation environment Preferred Amazon Relay experience Truckload or dedicated fleet operations experience Owner-operator recruiting and retention experience DOT compliance knowledge Transportation Management System (TMS) experience Driver payroll and settlement experience Experience building systems and operational processes Why Join Providence XP? 100% Remote / Work From Home Small, growing Midwestern transportation company Direct access to ownership Opportunity to help shape systems and processes Real ability to influence company growth Fast decision-making environment Advancement opportunities as the company expands Competitive compensation and performance incentives Team-oriented culture focused on results and continuous improvement Schedule Full-Time Monday - Friday After-hours on call availability as needed Providence XP, LLC is seeking a motivated transportation professional who wants to grow with a company, contribute to operational excellence, and play a key role in our continued expansion throughout the Midwest and Southeast.
