Job Description
Lowcountry Area Manager for Trucking and Heavy Hauling (Based out of Beaufort, SC) J ob description: The Lowcountry area manager is responsible for managing all day-to-day operations pertaining to the low country trucking and hauling division of CBG Inc.
- Scheduling and dispatching drivers to appropriate locations each morning
- Monitor trading system for all trucks
- Experience in payroll/timekeeping
- Ability to trouble shoot logistical problems and handle all incoming customer communication.
- Collaborate with management and supervisors for in-house trucking needs
- Responsible for individual truck and daily performance and paperwork
- Monitor pre trip and post trip and maintenance requirements and communicate with shop with any repairs
- Schedule Low-Boy moves
- Keep equipment log and bulk tracking for all jobs
