We are looking for a
TRANSPORTATION COORDINATOR
to join our team. As a Transportation Coordinator with Quikrete Heavy Construction Materials, you will be responsible for CRM/APEX
system management, pricing updates, driver compliance and payroll support, ticket processing, collections assistance, and financial documentation management. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Why apply? Competitive wages. system management. Pricing updates, account maintenance, and order integration. Managing customer rate increases, supporting dispatch operations and weighmaster ticketing. Developing new business opportunities, and handling Dominion account verification, documentation, and payment approvals. Transportation Support Responsibilities Support transportation operations through driver compliance management. Payroll support, ticket entry and settlement processing. Administrative support for shop operations. Finance Responsibilities Manage financial and ticketing processes, including reporting, reviewing, approving, and posting tickets. Assisting with collections on past due balances. Uploading and coding documents in OnBase, processing incoming material records, and handling credit and rebill adjustments. About You We Require:
1 year of previous experience in sales support, transportation, logistics, accounting, or administrative operations preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and data entry systems Experience with CRM, APEX, OnBase, or similar operational/accounting systems preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and documentation Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of payroll processing, compliance, or ticketing systems is a plus About Us Each day brings new challenges, and we make sure you are prepared for it all.
