Build and maintain relationships with owner-operators to develop a reliable preferred carrier network. Track all loads from pick-up to delivery, providing proactive updates to customers and management. Respond to and resolve driver issues, breakdowns, delays, and load exceptions quickly and professionally. Ensure all carrier documentation (MC authority, insurance, agreements) is current and compliant.
