Programs include after school tutoring, summer field trips, seasonal sports, one-on-one mentoring, Bible studies, camps, and more. PTM empowers our kids to discover and live their God-inspired dreams, develop a love for learning, and build joy-filled friendships that glorify Christ Jesus. Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer (COO), the Property and Transportation Director will be responsible for overseeing the care, safety, and stewardship of the organization's physical assets and transportation resources. This role ensures that buildings, grounds, and vehicles are well-maintained, compliant with safety regulations, and ready to support ministry programs and community services. Roles and Responsibilities Property Management Work with volunteers and custodians (hire and train custodians) to ensure PTM buildings are clean and safe (at least weekly cleaning of Wilson Center and Calvin House) Work with vendors and volunteers to ensure building, grounds, and property are maintained, including Wilson Center and partner sites. Manage and monitor the annual property and transportation budget, ensuring responsible stewardship of resources, alignment with organizational priorities, and adherence to PTM financial goals Oversee volunteer work projects during the week and/or on weekends (painting, mulching, repair, or construction). Other tasks as assigned Transportation Management Maintain buses to ensure safety by keeping buses on regular service schedule and training drivers on daily service checks Lead in the hiring, training, and supervision of bus drivers Create bus schedules, routes, and student rosters for bus drivers to support PTM programming Schedule transportation for all field trips and weekend activities Operate buses and transportation vehicles as needed to support programs and events, ensuring safe, timely transport of passengers while complying with all licensing, safety, and regulatory requirements. Ensure insurance and registration requirements are met on all vehicles Other tasks as assigned Job Requirements CDL Certification Preferred Experience in overseeing project-based work preferably in property management Experience in bus driving, overseeing bus drivers, and transportation schedules PTM is an equal opportunity employer Work Schedule This is a 40 hour per week position. A typical week is Monday-Friday standard daytime hours. Schedule is flexible but to be discussed and agreed upon by supervisor.
Pay:
