CDL Transportation Location Manager

We are looking for a hands-on CDL Transportation Location Manager to lead daily operations at a busy transportation site. This role is a good fit for someone who understands drivers, knows how to keep an operation organized, and is willing to step in when needed. You will help manage daily schedules, support drivers and site employees, communicate with customers and internal teams, and make sure safety, DOT, and company requirements are followed.

What You Will Do:

Lead daily site operations and help keep freight, drivers, and schedules on track Support and coach drivers and site employees Help make sure DOT, safety, and company requirements are followed Communicate with customers, vendors, drivers, and internal teams Track daily needs, issues, staffing, and performance Step in to help with driving or yard duties when needed Keep the team focused, organized, and moving in the right direction What We Are Looking For Transportation, logistics, yard, warehouse, or fleet experience Leadership experience with drivers or operations teams Strong communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable with basic computer work and daily reporting CDL A preferred We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Health, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) Paid time off and holiday pay We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
