Full Job Description SUMMARY :

Ensure that the custodial contract between Goodwill and Sun Metro is completed as per the contractual agreement. Oversee the daily activities, and custodial staff.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Oversee the daily activities, and custodial staff per contractual agreement.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

: Performs janitorial service as per contract and set standards to include such activity as sweeping, chemical spray to remove graffiti & clean shelter use of weed-eaters, blowers, brooms, remove trash. Driving pickup truck, with constant stops. Ensures communication to staff from Contracts Manager. Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

: Vehicle inspection daily, notify of problems with work vehicle. Keep checklist of various worksites; check off when completed good English reading & writing skills, to complete paperwork.
