Driver Manager/Dispatcher

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Driver Manager. As a Driver Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the logistics and transportation planning for our fleet of drivers. This is a critical role that requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Duties:

• Analyze freight data and transportation needs to develop efficient routes and schedules
• Dispatch drivers and coordinate their daily activities
• Monitor driver performance and provide feedback for improvement
• Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and company policies
• Communicate with customers regarding delivery updates or issues
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as customer service and safety, to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in logistics, dispatching, or fleet management is preferred
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
