Truck Pusher/Driver Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and safety-focused Truck Pusher/Driver Manager to join our oilfield operations team. This role is critical to getting drivers and equipment on the road quickly, safely, and compliantly to support efficient operations and meet customer delivery commitments across Frac and LNG. Key Responsibilities Efficiently align drivers and equipment to meet operational needs Ensure all drivers and units are road-ready and compliant with DOT regulations Coordinate with mechanic shop to maintain vehicle readiness and minimize downtime Work cross-functionally with dispatch, frac, and LNG teams Verify all units maintain proper paperwork and documentation compliance Monitor and enforce pre-trip and post-trip inspections Perform random walk-arounds, safety checks, and audits on both drivers and equipment Conduct driver audits and ensure adherence to company and DOT standards Test driver knowledge and operational readiness when necessary Maintain a safety-first culture across all operations Qualifications Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance requirements (required) CDL required, with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements highly preferred Experience in oilfield dispatching or transportation operations (preferred) Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-demand environment Knowledge of fleet management and maintenance coordination Commitment to safety, accountability, and operational excellence
