Operations Manager Exempt Reports To:
Regional Operations Manager & VP of Operations Sweetwater, Texas Operations Manager is to oversee the safe and efficient processing of chemicals in our industrial settings & to assist the Regional Operations Manager with the operation of the facility. This role is responsible for ensuring that all chemicals are handled and stored correctly, supervising teams of workers and monitoring their performance, and ensuring that safety regulations are followed. The Operations Manager must also be able to identify and troubleshoot any potential safety issues that arise. PVS DX, Inc, is a nationwide manufacturer and distributor of compressed gases and other water treatment chemicals. Competencies Knowledge of:
General processing/operations principles.
Usage and handling of compressed gases and industrial chemicals.
Department of Transportation regulations if driving Skill in: Oral communication.
Directing others; providing performance feedback.
Handling pressure.
Basic mathematics, such as addition and subtraction of fractions and decimals Ability to: Load and unload vehicles, using pallet jacks, forklifts and other equipment

Supervises bulk shipments
