FedEx Business Contact (BC)

Overview We, Kingdom Logistics, are a contractor for FedEx seeking a reliable and motivated BC to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing routes and drivers to ensure deliveries and pick-ups are handled on a daily basis. This role requires excellent organizational skills and commincation skills. As a Business Contact, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our commitment to customer satisfaction. Duties Manage daily route coverage Manage dispatch/ unassigned or overflow packages Manage driver's schedules Ensuring compliance with FedEx safety and service standards Problem solving any delivery issues that may arise

Training New Hires Rescue Operations:

as needed. May have to go on route to ensure success of contract Pay & Benefits $170-$220/day (based on experience) Experience Prior experience as FedEx BC preferred. Familiarity with DRO required. Familiarity with MyGroundBiz and Ground Cloud required. Mechanical knowledge is a plus, enabling effective troubleshooting of minor vehicle issues. Experience operating 16-26 ft box trucks is beneficial but not required. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this role.
