Position Responsibilities:
Manages and integrates employees activities across more than one area in materials management and transportation . Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals . Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements . Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports . Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes . Manages, develops and motivates employees .

To be considered for this position you will be required to complete an assessment as part of the selection process. Failure to complete this assessment will remove you from consideration This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. Basic Qualifications ( Required Skills / Experience): 5+ years of experience in Supply chain and/or Materials Managemen t 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint ) 3+ years of experience demonstrating executive presence with exceptional written and oral communication skills; able to influence senior leaders, present complex technical/organizational matters clearly, and lead high-stakes discussion s Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed Boeing internal course "Exploring Leadership.
