JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for shuttle operation, providing leadership to other driver's on assigned shift and transportation for guests and team members.
EDUCATION
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
SKILLS:
Ability to compose routine departmental correspondence i.e., letters, reports, memorandums, etc. (Test required)
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of three (3) years guest service experience. Minimum of two (2) years experience driving with a Class B CDL with passenger endorsement. Minimum of one (1) year supervisory and/or dual rate supervisory experience in a transportation field. Minimum of one (1) year working experience utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel computer programs. Prior experience creating and implementing team member schedules preferred.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
This position is considered "safety sensitive" and will be required to undergo periodic drug/alcohol testing. Must be 18 years of age or older. Must possess a valid Washington State Driver's License •Out of state applicants hired for this position will be required to obtain a Washington State Driver's License within 30-days of hire. Must have a minimum of a Class "B" Commercial with passenger (P1) with air brakes license. Must possess a driving record capable of meeting the organizations insurance criteria. Must be comfortable driving longer distances and maneuvering in various traffic and conditions inherent in the Seattle Area. Must be flexible to work all gaming sites, the Tulalip Resort Casino, Quil Ceda Creek Casino, and Bingo. Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation for a Tribal Gaming License or Permit. Must be available to work any shift assigned to include days, swing, grave, split shifts, weekends, and/or holidays. Must have a successful employment history with the Tulalip Tribes and/or other employers.
