Weatherization Crew Lead - BPI Analyst Summit Service Group North Little Rock, AR Job Details Full-time $25 - $27 an hour 16 hours ago Benefits Paid holidays Paid time off Opportunities for advancement Qualifications Customer service Attention to detail Driving Organizational skills Training & development Full Job Description Position Overview Summit Service Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Weatherization Crew Lead / BPI Analyst to join our growing team. This position is responsible for leading weatherization crews in the field while ensuring all work is completed according to program standards, safety requirements, and quality control guidelines provided by local utility programs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on weatherization experience, current BPI certification, and strong leadership skills. This role requires someone who can manage crews effectively, maintain high-quality workmanship, and provide excellent customer service while helping train and support crew members in the field. Responsibilities Lead and supervise weatherization crews on residential projects Perform and oversee services including air sealing, duct sealing, insulation installation, ventilation improvements, and related work Conduct home performance testing and assessments in accordance with BPI standards Ensure all work meets utility program guidelines, safety standards, and company quality expectations Train and mentor crew members on proper installation methods, safety procedures, and best practices Complete required testing documentation, reports, and job records accurately Communicate with management regarding job progress, materials, scheduling, and quality control issues Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in proper working condition Provide professional customer interaction and educate homeowners on completed improvements Ensure all jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and with attention to detail Qualifications Current BPI Certification required Previous experience in weatherization, insulation, or home performance work required Crew leadership or management experience preferred Strong understanding of building science, airflow, insulation systems, and residential construction practices Experience working within utility-sponsored programs preferred Ability to follow technical specifications and program compliance standards Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, rooftops, and other physically demanding environments Ability to lift equipment and materials as required What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience and certifications Company vehicle and tools (if applicable) Paid holidays and PTO Opportunities for advancement and leadership growth Cross-training opportunities in HVAC, insulation, and other skilled trades Ongoing training and professional development Stable, year-round work Supportive team environment focused on quality workmanship and customer satisfaction Why Join Us?
