SUPERVISOR REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree 3 + years of case management experience Fingerprint clearance Employment is contingent upon passing a pre-employment drug test Acceptable DMV record Driver License Working Vehicle, Auto insurance Eligible to work in the

U.S. WHO ARE WE

Compass helps adults with developmental disabilities live interdependently in their own homes through our Supported Living Services. As an SLS Supervisor you will manage a team of Case Facilitators, assess and onboard new clients; carry a small client caseload, coordinate support between the clients and caregivers; schedule staff, ensure our clients have a caregiver during their designated service times; provide backup assistant for 24-hour emergency response.

JOB DETAILS

This is a salaried position and your rate will be determined based on experience and education. Hours are M-F 8 am-5 pm with the emergency phone as assigned. Travel is required•SLS Supervisors will attend managers' meetings in other Compass locations.

Salary range at hire:
