Summary:
This position is responsible for driver pay as well as responsible for coordinating interdepartmental tasks between dispatch and safety teams to ensure settlement and documentation is kept current.
Key responsibilities:
Coordinate driver pay Identify discrepancies and fix according to procedures Issue manual pay when applicable Coordinate the manual deductions as delegated by management Organize and review departmental audits Ensure consistency, continuity and completion of business processes under direct to moderate supervision. Resolve routine to moderately complex problems/issues with limited guidance Communicate with customers/clients as required, escalating complex problems/issues File driver documentation in assigned driver files Assists other desks as workload permits or directed by supervisor Performs job related duties as specified by management Print and reconcile Comdata Entry of Comdata Post repairs Post weight tags Post reimbursements for Special Equipment Split OR Road Tax in ½ Generate and post the liquid Pump Reimbursements. File all fuel reports and repairs Maintain are revise loan schedules File Month End Reports Reconcile each account Prepare final review for all terminated Communicate with managers and dispatch regarding any changes We are looking for: Capable of multi-tasking and maintaining appropriate organizational skills within a busy environment Organized and detail -oriented Ability to work independently Experience with Microsoft Office programs This position is responsible for driver pay as well as responsible for coordinating interdepartmental tasks between dispatch and safety teams to ensure settlement and documentation is kept current.
