Overview Join our dynamic team as a Crew Lead specializing in Underground Plumbing Repair! In this vital role, you will oversee and coordinate underground plumbing projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on every job site. Responsibilities Lead and supervise underground plumbing repair crews, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to code standards Operate and oversee heavy equipment including excavators, skid steers, and dump trucks. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts and repairs Utilize specialized tools such as pipe lasers for precise pipe alignment and installation Ensure all safety protocols are followed; conduct site inspections and enforce compliance with OSHA regulations Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, equipment usage, and safety inspections Experience Proven experience in construction site operations with a focus on underground plumbing repair or related fields such as oil & gas or utility installation Hands-on experience operating heavy machinery including excavators, skid steers, and loaders. Skilled in blueprint reading, details, and site plans.
