As a Crew Lead, you will be part of the on-site operations team supporting project execution and safety. What's the Job? Lead on-site field operations by performing specialized trade work such as masonry, carpentry, or structural repair. Coordinate daily project activities, including scheduling phases and managing materials and equipment to meet deadlines. Supervise and guide general labor and subcontractors, providing training and support as needed. Enforce safety regulations, conduct daily safety meetings, and perform inspections to ensure a safe work environment. Maintain detailed project logs, review blueprints, and ensure work quality aligns with owner specifications and building codes. What's Needed? Deep knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and specialized trade methods. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and resolve on-site conflicts effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for liaising with clients, team members, and third parties. Proficiency in calculating dimensions, quantities, and managing project budgets. Physical ability to work in adverse weather conditions, lift 50+ pounds, and navigate jobsite terrain. What's in it for me?
