$24 - $32 per hour Small local company seeking a reliable Landscape Crew Leader to lead a small crew of 1-3 people on landscape maintenance, excavation, drainage, grading, trenching, and masonry projects. We also deliver oil in the winter so would love to have a person who can do it all Responsibilities Lead and work alongside a crew of 1-3 on daily jobs Operate landscape and excavation equipment Perform lawn mowing, grass cutting, edging, and turf care Handle drainage, grading, trenching, and basic masonry work Safely drive truck with trailer to and from job sites Load/unload equipment and materials Maintain quality standards and keep jobs on schedule Requirements At least 3 years professional landscaping/excavation experience Knowledge of common landscape practices Experience operating landscape and excavation machinery Ability to cut grass and perform lawn maintenance Valid driver's license with clean record Experience driving truck and trailer Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather CDL Class A or B is a plus
