In this energetic role, you'll oversee landscape maintenance projects, supervise team members, and ensure their mowing is executed with precision and enthusiasm. Your leadership will help transform outdoor spaces into vibrant, healthy, and beautiful environments that clients are proud of. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine hands-on work with team management, all while fostering a positive and productive work atmosphere. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a crew of landscape technicians to complete projects efficiently and to high standards Coordinate daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress across various landscape projects Perform landscape maintenance activities such as mowing, trimming, pruning, plantings Ensure safety protocols are followed consistently to maintain a safe working environment for all team members Provide training and mentorship to crew members on horticulture practices, equipment use, and safety procedures Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure client satisfaction and project standards are met Skills Extensive knowledge of landscape maintenance, and lawn care techniques Proven supervising experience within landscaping or related outdoor services Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively Ability to perform general maintenance on landscaping equipment and tools Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients and team members alike
