Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as an Industrial Crew Lead! In this fast-paced and rewarding role, your leadership and hands-on experience will drive the success of our field operations across industrial and commercial sites. You'll take charge of daily activities, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. As a key leader, you will guide and motivate a dedicated crew, maintain quality control, and foster a strong culture of safety and performance. Bilingual skills are a big plus, helping you connect with a diverse crew and build strong working relationships. The Industrial Crew Lead plays a critical role in supervising and coordinating daily operations, ensuring all work aligns with company standards. Responsibilities Lead and supervise industrial crews on job sites Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies Coordinate daily tasks, schedules, and assignments Train and mentor crew members to improve performance and productivity Monitor work quality and ensure projects are completed on time Communicate effectively with management, clients, and team members Identify and resolve issues in the field Conduct safety meetings and enforce proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Maintain accurate reports and documentation of work performed Provide regular updates and reports to the supervisor on crew performance, project progress, and any issues or concerns Qualifications Bilingual (English/Spanish) required Preferred Certifications OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification Forklift Certification Confined Space Entry Certification First Aid/CPR Certification Any additional industrial or safety-related certifications Work Environment Industrial job sites, both indoor and outdoor May require travel, overtime, weekends, and flexible scheduling Exposure to varying weather conditions, noise, and heavy equipment Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform manual labor for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs or more as needed Proven experience in industrial work (construction, manufacturing, maintenance, or related field) Previous supervisory or crew lead experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work in physically demanding environments Knowledge of workplace safety standards and regulations
Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
