Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Foreman/Crew Leader to oversee landscaping and maintenance projects, ensuring high-quality execution and safety standards. This role involves supervising a team of skilled workers, coordinating daily operations, and delivering exceptional outdoor environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in landscape maintenance, lawn care, and horticulture, and a passion for creating beautiful, functional outdoor spaces. Duties Lead and supervise landscaping crews, assigning daily tasks and ensuring timely completion of projects Oversee landscape maintenance activities including mowing, pruning, trimming, and spraying/weed control. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards across all job sites Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high standards of workmanship Manage equipment maintenance schedules and ensure proper use of tools and machinery Provide training and mentorship to crew members to enhance skills in landscape maintenance Qualifications Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or related outdoor construction fields Supervising or leadership experience managing teams in outdoor or construction environments Knowledge of lawn care techniques, horticulture practices, plant care, irrigation systems, and general gardening Strong understanding of safety regulations related to outdoor work sites Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively Physical stamina to perform demanding outdoor tasks in various weather conditions Join our team as a Foreman/Crew Leader to inspire your crew while delivering outstanding outdoor spaces.
