In this role, you will lead a skilled crew through all phases of piling operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on site. Your expertise will help deliver durable, reliable docks and marine infrastructure that stand the test of time. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage complex projects while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment dedicated to excellence in construction. Responsibilities Lead all barge-based piling operations — positioning, driving, and setting pilings to grade and alignment Operate and oversee barge equipment safely; coordinate with crane and rigging crews Direct your crew on the water — set the pace, enforce safety, and hold the team accountable Read and follow engineering drawings; verify embedment depth, spacing, and alignment on every piling Coordinate with the Field Supervisor on daily production targets, tidal windows, and scheduling Enforce OSHA compliance, PFD requirements, and all marine safety standards — no exceptions Support seawall panel and cap operations when barge work overlaps with land-based crews Experience 3+ years of hands-on piling experience Proven barge and watercraft operation experience in a marine construction environment Natural leader — your crew listens because you've earned it, not just because of your title Ability to read job drawings and understand engineering specs Strong safety mindset Reliable, punctual, and ready to work Valid driver's license Ability to pass a background check and drug screening What we offer Great pay based on experience Consistent year-round work Equipment and tools provided Room to grow with a company that's expanding How to Apply Apply through Indeed or send your resume directly to .
