Job Description

Innovative Senior SolutionsWere looking for a reliable, hands-on team member to support our transportation operations!

This is a field-based rolenot a desk job. Youll help ensure our clients are transported safely, our vans are ready, and our routes run smoothly every day.
Key Responsibilities:
Backup driver coverage (no missed trips)Travel between locations as neededAssist with route coverage to manage driver hoursWeekly vehicle inspections & maintenance coordinationCompliance ride-alongs (safety & route checks)Train new drivers & support quarterly trainings
What Were Looking For:
Reliable & flexible Safety-focused Hands-on and solution-oriented Valid drivers license (clean record)
